Problems when trying login?

Access methods

Access from VAT number. (select VAT number login method in login's dropdown).

If you access from VAT number, follow this steps:

1. Enter your VAT number and then you will receive an email from Phibo with your new password.

2. Copy your password received from Phibo's email and paste in login form.

Access from LabCenter. (select LabCenter login method in login's dropdown).

If you access from LabCenter, follow this steps:

1. Input your LabCenter's username and password.

If you forgot your password (or only need reset), you can do this with this steps:

For restore your password.

1. Access to Customer Center and click in "Forgot password".

2. Insert your email and we send you and a link to restore your password.
